Rumors of the upcoming low-cost iPhone are flowing continuously, which is expected to be released in August along with iPhone 5S and would cost half as compare to the current model.

Economic iPhone

The next low-cost or economic iPhone could cost $329, if purchased without a contract and cash. There are many investment firms or market analysis that predicts that with next generation, Apple will give an eye to the lower market segment.

The new estimates are based on the required components of the Cupertino Company to its suppliers and confirm the release of the iPhone 5S in August, or at most in the fourth quarter of this year. This should be different from current models for some changes in the software rather than hardware upgrades.

The iPhone cheaper than $329 will only support 3G connectivity and 8GB of internal storage, as well as the same form factor of the iPhone 5. This model would add 16 and 21 billion dollars in sales of Apple, in 2014 and 2015 respectively, as well as help the share price to increase in value.
