The company that provides spare parts ETrade has published several photos of what they believed to be the back case of the next generation iPhone.
The next model of the Apple smartphone, following the story of the California-based company, should have the same design as the current iPhone 5, but making changes to the hardware sector. If the nomenclature adopted in recent years did not change, the next smartphone will be named iPhone 5S.
The company ETrade shows photos of what may be the back case of the next iPhone. As you can see from the pictures, the exterior design remains the same, but inside there are differences, particularly with regard to the arrangement of screw holes for fixing the logic board. Apart from this there are other subtle differences between the case of the iPhone 5 and those of the alleged iPhone 5S, in the photo above are highlighted in purple, blue, and yellow.
The outside appearance is same as that of iPhone 5. The photo shows the version of the model and ‘IMEI are not present, as is the case for all prototypes. The case could be a fake, but the build quality, very similar to that of the current iPhone, makes us think of an old prototype of the iPhone 5.
In a recent DigiTimes report states that test production of next iPhone is already in progress and Apple could launch the new device in mid-2013, following the strategy adopted by the third-generation iPad.
