One of the most annoying problems generated by running the jailbreak with an early version of evasi0n covers the inability to start the weather application. Despite the rapid fix issued by evad3rs, the problem of failure to open the Weather application is still present on some iOS devices. In this article we will offer you a simple do-it-yourself guide that will allow you to restore the original run of weather app in a few moments.
If even after the fix of evasi0n and UIKit Tools, released on Cydia a few days ago, you are still experiencing problems with weather application then all you have to do is follow this guide that explain how to 100% work around the issue that causes failure to launch Weather app on your iPhone.
Step 1: Download and install iFile from Cydia.
Step 2: Download the package “iOS App Weather 6.x Fix.deb” for your device by visiting the following URL: http://cl.ly/313v292X1C2T (copy/paste the link in Safari of your iOS device).
Step 3: After the download is complete, it will load a new screen (in Safari) where you will be prompted to open the file you just downloaded with a program of your choice. Select iFile option in the upper right corner.
Step 4: At this point iFile will be launched on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad and it will automatically open the options page for the file in question. Select “Installer” and wait a few moments, on completion of installation process tap Done that will appear in the upper right corner.
That’s it, now launch Weather app on your iOS device, it will work 100% fine.

first
Download iFunbox >> (www.i-funbox.com) Windows , or Cyberduck for MacOS
dwld the above mentioned deb file http://cl.ly/313v292X1C2T on ur pc
Run iFunbox and connect your iOS (iPhone, iPod or iPad)
iFunBox will show your device contents, Now navigate to var/root/Media/
Create the folder Cydia/AutoInstall (if not already created)
Move (.deb) file from your desktop to var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall
Reboot your iOS
YOU ARE DONE
