You can change icons of applications installed on your iPhone. Thanks to a new web-app, accessible via any browser from your iOS device and also does require a jailbreak. This is a change that before now would require the use of Winterboard, the most famous tweak to install themes on iOS.

Change iOS Applications Icons without Jailbreak

There are many ways to customize your iOS devices without jailbreak, though often these methods are a bit artificial, long to be carried out and which carry, non permanent changes on our device.

A new simple trick comes from Tooliphone guys, thanks to their web-app called iCustom. This allows you to create custom icons for your basic interface of iOS. Let’s see how to change iOS applications icons:

  • Open Mobile Safari and go to the site tooliphone.net
  • Tap on iCustom
  • Tap on Start Now!
  • Include all items in web-app

Among these you have to select the application for which you want a different icon, choose an image from the internet or upload the ones you have in the camera roll on the servers and select all types of effects that you want to apply to the icon.

The system is not the best and fastest. You can customize only one icon at a time and the process can be frustrating in the long run if you wanted to change many icons.

If you want to change iOS applications icons without jailbreak, this is the best method available.
