Facebook app for iOS is updated, fixes some technical problems with the last update, the one that introduced the ability to record video and send voice messages.
Twitter, the direct competitor had launched just a few days ago “Vine” an application that lets you share short clips. Facebook respond quickly and with the version 5.4 update introduced the possibility to record videos without leaving the application and then share them on the popular social network.
With version 5.4.1 of Facebook, were simply corrected the problems of a technical nature, its most likely related to the new features of the application.
The previous update, had introduced the ability the ability to record and share video plus send voice messages. Please note that in order to share the videos you just have to tap on a “Photo” and then go to the “Video” mode.
As for the voice messages you can send them as private messages, and not as “status messages”, this means that we must enter into a conversation, or open a new one, and then tap the (+). At this point, we will find the icon “Voice Record”, select, and we can record our audio messages. For the moment it is not possible to share videos through private messages.
