As promised, Apple has released iOS 6.1.2 (build 10B147) for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to fix the much discussed Microsoft exchange bug.
After the release of iOS 6.1 many users complained of problems with the battery of their iPhone. The problem arises from an infinite loop of requests to the Exchange server from the device.
The issue was officially approved by Apple and is resolved by this new iOS 6.1.2 update available for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Here’s the official change log:
Fixes an Exchange calendar bug that could result in increased network activity and reduced battery life

We suggest all the jailbreak lovers to stay away from this update until the team evad3rs confirm that it is safe. We will update you as soon as there will be news about it. There is a risk that Apple has also fixed the exploit that allowed to run the jailbreak on all iOS 6.x devices.

Tell you what, as soon as I updated my iPhone 5. I started getting pop ups on my favorite web site. I think it’s B.S. I don’t know what to do.
