If you are looking for a tweak to substantially improve notifications on iOS devices, then you should try AnyReminder, a tweak developed by Yeahwangy. The app is available on Cydia for jailbroken devices only.
AnyReminder adds a new feature, “Remind Me Later” to Mail, Safari, Messages, and notifications that appear on the lock screen. This function was introduced originally on iOS 6 exclusively for incoming calls and FaceTime calls. On the lock screen, when you receive a notice, the camera toggle button will turn into a special notification, as shown in the pictures above.
When you make a swipe on the button, you will see an interface that will allow you to ignore the notification, open the app or go to on to remind you later. You can also opt to be notified within an hour, or when you leave a particular place. When all notifications of the lock screen will be ignored, the button will revert back to the camera.
The “Remind Me Later” also extends to the Mail app, so don’t forget the email that you received earlier, and to which you must respond at a later time. The same goes for Safari and Message, here is the video demonstration:
The tweak has excellent potential to improve notifications on iOS devices, introducing greater interactivity with the user. If interested, AnyReminder is available in Cydia Store for $1.99 in the BigBoss repo.
